The hotel's hot spring was definitely the best part of the stay - clean, well-maintained, and with a relaxing ambiance. We enjoyed soaking in the warm water, surrounded by nature. Another plus point was the size of the room, which was much bigger than expected. We were pleasantly surprised to find two full-sized beds and a separate traditional area with futons. The hotel was also conveniently located near several restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
The facilities could use a bit more upkeep. The carpets looked a bit worn and there were some cracks on the walls, which detracted from the overall appearance of the hotel.

Our group of friends had a delightful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with many restaurants and bars nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, with American-style beds and a tatami room. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and the traditional dinner served was amazing! We enjoyed the furo which was clean and relaxing. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with our own guide to help us navigate and enjoy the experience. it was a great value for a comfortable stay.
The decor could use updating.

The hot spring was nice and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a long day out exploring. the staff were super friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to make sure I had everything that I needed. The location was also great, with lots of shops and restaurants just a few steps away from the hotel.
The hotel facilities seemed to be falling apart. The decor was old and worn, and the rooms and hot spring were in desperate need of some TLC.
